Our accommodation policies for a pleasant stay :
• You are not permitted to have external visitors in the accommodation. Overnight visitors are not allowed.
• Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas.
• Check in: 14:00 – Check out: 9:00 to 10:00 - Late check out (Subject to availability).
• Not suitable for children under 3 years old.
• Pool is open 8.30 – 15.00 & 17.00 – 22.00.
• Basketball court is open 10.30 – 13.00 & 18.30 – 20.30.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Self-Catering accommodation. We don't serve breakfast.
• Distance from Parikia 4 km. We recommend to rent a means of transport.

It's a wonderful nice place !
With a spectacular view of the bay, very quiet and peaceful, ideal for families or couples. Very clean and complete with every comfort. The very friendly and kind owners have taken care of every detail. I think I'll be happy to come back in the future.
