Our Policy
Our accommodation policies for a pleasant stay:
• External Visitors: It is not permitted to have external visitors in the accommodation and overnight visitors are not allowed. Accommodation is private, only for our guests.
• Noise: All guests are asked to respect the other guests and nearby residents.
• Animals & Pets: Sorry, pets are not allowed.
• Smoking: Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the houses and apartments. Smoking is permitted only at outdoor areas.
• Pool Hours: You can use the pool between 8:30 – 15:00 and 17:00 – 22:00, for self cleaning and respect of the siesta time of Greek law. For safety reasons, the use of any inflatables, balls, full face masks and snorkels in the pool, are not allowed.
• Basketball Hours: You can play at the court upon request, 11:00 -13:00 and 18:00 -20:00
• Security: Specific outdoor area zones are protected by surveillance cameras for security reasons. Ensuring compliance with the obligations of regulation (EU) 2016/679. (GDPR)
Self-Catering accommodation. We don't serve breakfast.
Distance from Parikia 4 km. We recommend to rent a means of transport.
